The Speaker stated that, without objection, the Finance Committee              
referral would be removed for the following:                                   
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 297                                                            
"An Act relating to the certificate of need program; and providing            
for an effective date."                                                        
                                                                               
HB 297 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
